Boss Passport & Visa Services reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions as needed, so it is necessary for you to review this agreement whenever accessing or using this site for a purchase.

Service fees: Processing, Consulate/Embassy, courier fees, shipping charges or any portion thereof are forfeited by the applicant or the person acting on his/her behalf and will not be refunded once an order has been placed on this site. Additionally, if a passport or visa is suspended or rejected by the Consulate or the U.S Department of State fees will not be reimbursed to an applicant for any reason.

Processing times: Processing times for visa and passport services quoted by Boss Passport & Visa Services, are approximate and based on processing times provided by Embassy/Consulates and the U.S. Department of State under normal circumstances and are not guaranteed. Processing time should be calculated starting the next business day of the date when the documents are delivered to Boss Passport & Visa Services. Please note: The Consulate/Embassy or the Department of State may request additional documentation and may delay and/or deny processing of a passport and/or visa request at their discretion without further explanation. Boss Passport & Visa Services, LLC will not be held responsible for any travel delays, cancellations, financial and other losses due to denial or delay in processing of any requested product/service. The sole discretion on the issuance or duration of the issuance of a passport and/or visa is that of the State Department and/or Consulate or Embassy and Boss Passport & Visa Services has no say in this matter, irrespective of what an applicant requests on his/her application.

Refund Policy: Boss Passport & Visa Services does not offer refunds on cancelled, partially filled or unfulfilled orders. Please ensure that you need the requested service(s) before placing your order. If for any reason you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing an order online you may request a refund, but it is solely at the discretion of Boss Passport & Visa Services to honor such requests. To request a refund please send your email to: info@bosspassportandvisa.com using “Refund Request” in the subject line or by calling us at 832.361.8849 and speaking with a customer service agent. In the event a refund is granted, a service fee of not less than $39 per traveler will be retained by Boss Passport & Visa Services. Refunds will either be credited back to the credit card used to make the initial order or a company check will be issued to the person listed on the credit card within 15 business days of the request for cancellation is approved. Please note: shipping fees will be borne by the customer in the event fees were not prepaid, otherwise we will return your documents with the air bill you have provided.

Fees and Payments: You agree to pay all fees and charges for any products or services offered for sale by Boss Passport & Visa Services or by any other vendor, contractor or service provider through Boss Passport & Visa Services. You shall pay all applicable service, State Department, Consulate/Embassy fees, taxes and shipping charges relating to the purchase of any products or service. Requirements and fees related to the processing of passports and visas are subject to change without notice, including, but not limited to, Consulate/Embassy fees, application forms and documentation required for passport and/or visa issuance. If fees shown on website are changed by the State Department and/or Consulate/Embassy the customer agrees to pay the adjusted fee for this entity.

Shipping: Boss Passport & Visa Services uses FedEx exclusively for all its shipping needs unless the customer provides his/her own return shipping label, to which we will use to return your documents and/or product. Boss Passport & Visa Services will not be held liable for delivery failures of any shipping company. It is not the responsibility of Boss Passport & Visa Services to keep tracking information if customer provides his/her own return shipping label. Boss Passport & Visa Services uses standard shipping envelopes and packing materials provided by FedEx, UPS, USPS and LSO. Sometimes documents can be damaged or lost during shipping, Boss Passport & Visa Services will not be held responsible for any damage or loss that occurs once the package has been presented to FedEx, UPS, USPS or LSO authorized agent or is placed in a FedEx, UPS, USPS or LSO drop box. Boss Passport & Visa Services is also not responsible for any documents contained within the overnight package while the product is in transit. Boss Passport & Visa Services strongly encourages its clients to use shipping services that provide real time tracking of packages. Boss Passport & Visa Services, is not responsible for delivery failures or mistakes by shipping company. Additionally, we are not held responsible to track or locate your package once it has been placed for shipment. Boss Passport & Visa Services cannot and does not warrant any claims or guarantees made by shipping companies as to the quality of service, timely delivery, and availability of service or any other claims. Shipments will be delivered without a signature requirement, unless a signature requirement is requested by the customer in writing.

Service Description: Boss Passport & Visa Services does its best to correctly describe all services that appear on the website. However, Boss Passport & Visa Services does not warrant that all the statements, definitions, and descriptions are most current, compete, accurate, and error free. Embassies/Consulates and the Department of State often change their requirements and fees without prior warning and changes can take effect immediately. You agree to hold Boss Passport & Visa Services harmless in this instance.

Service Provided: Requirements and fees related to the processing of passports and/or visas are subject to change without notice. Application forms and additional documents required for visa issuance are subject to change without notice. Embassies/Consular and U.S. Passport Agency officials may request additional documentation at their discretion. They may also decline issuance of travel documents, visa or passport without disclosing the reason for denial. Boss Passport & Visa Services reserves the right to decline processing of documents for any reason, including but not limited to incomplete documentation, insufficient processing time, or unusual circumstances.

Communications: By using this site and our services you give Boss Passport & Visa Services your express permission to contact you via regular mail, email, messaging, or other electronic or non-electronic forms of communication for all purposes including distribution of marketing and promotional materials.
