Shipping: Boss Passport & Visa Services uses FedEx exclusively for all its shipping needs unless the customer provides his/her own return shipping label, to which we will use to return your documents and/or product. Boss Passport & Visa Services will not be held liable for delivery failures of any shipping company. It is not the responsibility of Boss Passport & Visa Services to keep tracking information if customer provides his/her own return shipping label. 

Boss Passport & Visa Services uses standard shipping envelopes and packing materials provided by FedEx, UPS, USPS and LSO. Sometimes documents can be damaged or lost during shipping, Boss Passport & Visa Services will not be held responsible for any damage or loss that occurs once the package has been presented to FedEx, UPS, USPS or LSO authorized agent or is placed in a FedEx, UPS, USPS or LSO drop box. Boss Passport & Visa Services is also not responsible for any documents contained within the overnight package while the product is in transit. 

Boss Passport & Visa Services strongly encourages its clients to use shipping services that provide real time tracking of packages. Boss Passport & Visa Services, is not responsible for delivery failures or mistakes by shipping company. Additionally, we are not held responsible to track or locate your package once it has been placed for shipment. 

Boss Passport & Visa Services cannot and does not warrant any claims or guarantees made by shipping companies as to the quality of service, timely delivery, and availability of service or any other claims. Shipments will be delivered without a signature requirement, unless a signature requirement is requested by the customer in writing.
