RUSSIA VISA

1. Russia visa application – must be completed on line - Choose Russian Visa Center Houston as visa issuing office.
The application must contain your information exactly as it appears in your passport. This is to include Jr, Sr, III…
2. Current valid passport with 6 months validity remaining and two blank visa pages.
3. Current passport photo - must be in color and 2 x 2 on a white background.
4. Letter of invitation to be providing by inviting company. If you are granted a TELEX, we must know the date the TELEX is to arrive at Consulate. If applying for 3 year multi-entry visa 3 months of bank statements must be provided in addition to all other business documents.
**Non – US Citizens - must have a valid visa or Permanent Resident Card (copy only)
International insurance is also required – a copy of insurance card and letter from Insurance company. **

Must contain all items listed above for tourist, plus the following:1.  Copy of both parents drivers license/identification.
2.  Copies of the information page of both parent’s passports or a notarized letter stating that they do not hold a passport (a notarized letter is required for each minor traveling when a parent does not hold a valid passport).
3.  Notarized copy or the original birth certificate of the minor.
